The Omar Kordahi State Farm Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who knows how to build relationships, take care of customers, and close business.
This is not just a customer service position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people but also has a sales mindset, strong follow-up skills, and the drive to hit goals and earn more.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and identify coverage opportunities
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other State Farm products
- Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and current customers
- Ask for referrals and generate new business
- Provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish
Who We’re Looking For
- Have previous insurance or sales experience
- Enjoy talking with people and building relationships
- Are motivated by goals, commission, and results
- Are comfortable making recommendations and closing sales
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
Insurance experience is preferred, but if you have a successful background in relationship-based sales and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, real estate, or other consultative sales roles is a plus.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Lynnwood, WA.
- Our office is open 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
